A South Lake Tahoe High School student has alleged police used excessive force against him during an on-campus arrest last week, but police say standard procedures were used to gain control of an unruly student.
The incident started Friday morning after a teacher told the 16-year-old student who is on independent study to come to the high school to take a test.
